Just wanted to share a little observation I made today.

I was browsing new soundtracks added to the playlist yesterday and was surprised to see, that some of them looked already rated by SSTers.

Here are the examples:

Punisher, The: War Zone:
http://www.streamingsoundtracks.com/modules.php?name=Requests&searchfor=1&browse=&random=&randomleast=&letter=&rangeyear=&genrefilter=&album=%A0%A0Album%A0%A0&artist=%A0%A0%A0%A0Artist%A0%A0%A0&year=%A0%A0%A0%A0%A0Year%A0&searchby=album&searchtext=Punisher%2C+The&search=Search

Spirit, The:
http://www.streamingsoundtracks.com/modules.php?name=Requests&searchfor=1&browse=&random=&randomleast=&letter=&rangeyear=&genrefilter=&album=%A0%A0Album%A0%A0&artist=%A0%A0%A0%A0Artist%A0%A0%A0&year=%A0%A0%A0%A0%A0Year%A0&searchby=album&searchtext=Spirit&search=Search

I mean, if you use "search" option for example for "Spirit", you get the result listing all albums with "spirit" in the title plus ratings of all that albums next to each title.
And in that particular display mode our new "Spirit" album has the stars lit up (4,5, which looks to be a copy of the rating score for the album placed exactly above new "Spirit" in the search result list - in this case it's: "House Of The Spirits, The" album).

So, it looks like new album called "Spirit" has been already rated if you look at it on search result page.

It changes completely after you hit album information page for the album. It turns out that our new addition has not been rated yet. In fact didn't get any vote yet (up to this moment) and needs 10 votes to be rated.

Here you can have a look: http://www.streamingsoundtracks.com/modules.php?name=Album&asin=B001NXBPV6

It's exactly the same difference with "Punisher, The: War Zone" album.

I think I've seen even more examples of this strange difference. What I also observed is that this problem seems to be not occurring when:
- the new album's title is the only one result returned by SST's search engine (no albums with the same word at all, or probably at least above the new album in the list)
- the new album got at least one real rating vote from listeners.

I don't think it's a big issue. Interesting find, rather. But maybe also a sign of some bug in our album rating system?

OK just, wanted to let you know Smile

Edit: Forgot to say that I'm getting this "problem" with both FF and IE browsers.
