LOL this is good...
I did tech support for travel agents... Talk about a pc illiterate bunch. I can't tell you how many times I had to explain that the internet was different than the web, and probably most of them still didn't get it.

While that was some interesting reading I still have to say that I like your FAQ much better than his FAQ Cocles. The FAQ on his site conveyed the message to me that he genuinely felt there was hope for the iggnorant masses out there. Yours is far more entertaining and condescending, and a far nicer read.
