An interview with George Fenton 2 years ago talking about The Blue Planet Live event that happened in the UK. Pretty good!

Here's part 2 of The Blue Planet Live event interview!

Oooh a rather recent interview with George Fenton regarding his concert this June with the London Symphonic Orchestra. He talks about the music he will play and it's quite interesting to hear him talk about his music.

Thought I would share this for any fans in the DFW area:

The Dallas Symphony Orchestra has added to their schedule a presentation with George Fenton for his new documentary concert, Frozen Planet, on Aug 31 & Sept 1, 2012. Details & tickets at link:

https://www.dallassymphony.com/season-tickets/single-tickets/special-concerts-events/productions/frozen-planet.aspx

Quote:

Film composer George Fenton returns to Dallas to conduct the newest of his documentary concerts, Frozen Planet, live with the DSO.

Featuring stunning music and film imagery, the concert combines live orchestral music by the DSO with spectacular HD images of the majestic frozen wilderness and extraordinary creatures of Earth's polar regions as from the landmark BBC/Discovery Channel television series, Frozen Planet.

Programme:
Overture | Feeding and Fledgling | The Polar Bear Story | The Melt | Open Water | Mile After Mile | Antarctica! (You'll Never Walk Alone) | INTERMISSION | The Adelies | Living Ice | A Brief Encounter | Maiden Flight | The Ultimate Survivors | The Wave | The Spirit of Antarctica

Prices look to start at $21 up through $110.
