Dear community,
I have one big plea. My girlfriend left me , I'm so lonely and I think of committing suicide . Please help me to avoid this by recommending me something to flush out the pain . Recommend me the saddest track (or top 3) in your life. Please it can be from game or movie. Just tell me something really, REALLY sad . Melody that can make you cry over and over again.
P.S. I tried music from Gladiator, Braveheart, The Green Mile, The Perfect Storm and Man on Fire so something else please.
Thank you my friends. Help me relieve this pain in the music. |

If these things you are saying are true. You need to seek help from your family or professional help as soon as possible. |

I'm sorry to hear you're going through a rough time. I agree with Caliburn - please talk to someone nearby! Just take it one day at a time and things will definitely get better.
Listen to some Life as a House by Mark Isham - especially I Built Myself a Life...it's sad but also uplifting at the same time. If you need to talk don't hesitate to call someone or send me a Private Message.

Listening to music is a good idea. Music is an excellent tool for self-therapy. Both sad and happy music.
Killing yourself, on the other hand, is never a good idea. What about your family? Your friends? Your colleagues? Your reputation?
I recommend you take Caliburn's advice and go talk to your family, and maybe even find a therapist. They can, and will, help you get through this, no matter how hard it might seem right now. _________________ "Anything one man can imagine,
