The videos bpwein posted are no longer available!
I knew I should have watched them when I had the chance, but I decided to wait until I 'had the time.'
Does anyone know if I can watch those interviews elsewhere?

Wow, oh, wow! I did not know that complete Conan the Barbarian score was being released. Maybe this is not news to everyone, but I am so excited by the new addition to the playlist that I just had to post something here.
This new recording by the Praugue Philharmonic is an attempt to produce the score as the late great Basil Poledouris would have liked. Go to the Screen Archives Entertainment site for more information, including a video of one of the recording sessions!
From what I have heard in the playlist, the recording quality is superb, and the performance very true to the original. For me personally, I am so familiar with this score (the Varese release) that I might have trouble getting used to the new performances, but it is certainly worth it for the complete score.
Now, to scrape together $24.95...
