|
This morning when I opened up my computer at home and started SST on Mozilla Firefox I got this warning in a pop-up window:
overLIB 4.00 or later is required for the HideForm Plugin.
OK
When I click on 'OK' it disappears.
I get this every time I open a window at SST or send something or do anything basically. It's annoying but does not cause any major problems (so fra), but I don't know how to fix this at my end.
I don't know what's changed since yesterday because last night this did not happen.
I dont' get this on IE 8.
I'm using Mozilla Firefox 3.5.2 on a PC w/ Windows Vista Home Premium.
(Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 6.0; fi; rv:1.9.1.2) Gecko/20090729 Firefox/3.5.2 GTB5 (.NET CLR 3.5.30729) )
Oh, I also noticed that I don't see anymore that small green mark next to the stars of the albums I've already rated. Strange.
I'd be grateful if somebody could help me on this.
Thank you! |

Ok, never mind!
It went away. I checked Windows updates and there was one update (labelled important or something) not installed, so I installed that, and now I don't get that warning anymore, so I guess it helped... I don't know.
Also the green 'rated' mark is back. |

Hi GalFin!
Works fine here, and the Overlib script is present. This sounds a bit like a corrupted cache on your side. Did you try to clear it? In Firefox, should be the Ctrl+Shift+Del key combination, then select Cache (the other options you can normally unselect). Then restart the browser. Is it any better?
If not, is this link working: http://www.streamingsoundtracks.com/includes/overlib.js ? |

Oh, I didn't see you replied while I was writing an answer
I don't think it was related to windows updates, yet good to know the problem is solved |

Alch, thanks for your reply and advice. Well, yes, I was wondering that it was probably a Firefox issue.
A good tip that about cache. Now I know to try that if the issue arises again. Thanks! |

GalFin, I also want to suggest you for future Firefox issues, to register and open a topic for your problem, at the Mozilla forum for support on the matter.
