I am going nuts with this one!
Can anyone tell me what score this is from?

It has a Titanic-esque sound to it but I can't
place it.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8TKxNgpoowQ

Hope someone can use their ear-detector to
solve this riddle!

BTW, love StreamingSoundtarcks.com.
Been listening for years and been buying
so many CD's from the links here that
my wife is gonna kick me outta the house!

But I'm willing to risk it for this one score I
am trying to identify! Very Happy

Thanks for the help!

No clue at all... but will SSTers also get $20 in case we figure it out? Very Happy Wink

Yep! The first one to get me the answer will
get the $20. I'm sure that this piece is from
something obscure or else YouTube would have
flagged it or placed an ad on it.

Its a long shot but if someone has heard it
and loves the tune as much as I do then
they should instantly remember where it's from.
...I hope. Smile

you tried asking the user who posted the video in the first place?

Oh yea! Most definitely.

Been bugging him but so far he hasn't come up
with the title. If he had just said he didn't knoe
then that would be that. But he said he'd find
out..that was 2 weeks ago. Rolling Eyes

I listened to this a few days ago. It does sound a bit familiar but perhaps only since it has a generic nature to it.

Those chords with the orchestra/synth mix sound like it might be one of the Media Ventures/ Remote Control Productions folks, but the simple/ambient nature of the music suggests something low budget. The percussion makes me think of Africa. If I were to make a guess-- perhaps its from some video game score with some connection to nature or Africa. It could also be some trailer music by people like X-Ray Dog, Immediate Music or Globus.

To summarize... I have no clue! Sad

Since the uploader is Italian, if I were to make another wild guess, I'd say Paolo Buonvino. He uses that kind of simple synth/orchestra mix but I haven't come across this piece in his scores.

Keep bugging the uploader to find out who the artist is. Good luck!

The video shows a cover of the documentary "Battleground Europe" I saw that once and there were similar sorts of samples in that video.
So maybe that's a good link to start searching.
