For the past 2 days, I have been getting a little widows alert pop-up box when I load ANY page at SST!

I am using Firefox and WinXP on my home and office computer and it started the same day on both.

It is just a little warning box with that symbol that is a yellow triangle with the exclamation point inside. The text of the alert message simply says "undefined." That's it... I have no clue what is "undefined" but apparently it is important that I be told! Repeatedly!

I can't get access to the page until I click on it's OK button, but then another pops up behind it.

Actually, I get a series of these alerts as the page is loading - but the number varies depending on how long it takes to load the page. (I've counted 6 to 14, but I haven't counted each time. )

The top title bar of the message is no help. It simply says "The page at http://www.streamingsoundtracks.com.... " It is the URL for that particular SST page that I am trying to load.

Once the page is loaded and I have clicked "OK" through all the annoying boxes, everything works fine. Even the Queue page updates itself regularly without problems.

This is not happening at any other web page or domain. (Even the Entranced.FM and Death.FM pages load fine.)

I haven't seen this issue posted anywhere else, but if it is addressed in another thread, please let me know.

I have had that too,

Try to clear your browser cache. Here a link how to do that for all knds of browsers:

http://www.wikihow.com/Clear-Your-Browser%27s-Cache

This should work.

I had that problem too and another member too after clearing the cache it was fixed.

KenD, I had this problem yesterday, and SiriusCreations informed me that Pesadelo was working on it. A bit later Sirius informed me on chat that the problem should be fixed.
On Sirius' suggestion I tried closing Firefox and restarting it, but that did not help, but hitting CTRL-F5 helped (CTRL-F5 is used to force an update, disregaring any cache).

Maybe this will help you, too. If not, let the admins know. I'm sure someone will be able to help you.

Eureka!

It's all better now!

It was simply a matter of clearing the cache in Firefox.

Thanks to one and all!
