Join us in the excitement and anticipation of the birth of Lmarrese's baby by taking part in our Baby Pool contest!
To play, try to guess the Date & Time when baby will be born and Weight (in pounds and ounces). We'll keep a running list of the entries in the table below.
The person coming closest to the date & time will be the winner. In case of a tie, the closest weight will be the tie breaker.
Grand Prize is a $15 gift certificate to Amazon, courtesy of Twopop and Sirius Creations.
As a little hint, we'll tell you that Lmarr's estimated due date is July 11th.
Date & time will be the local time in Winnepeg, Manitoba, Canada, when baby makes her entrance.
Deadline for entries is July 4, 00:01 SST Time.

If I read this post right, I don't see any "s" at baby. 
So, here's my guess:
July the 9th at 23:00 local time, cause babies love to come at night, to remind you you won't have any for a few moments.
The weight will be, as far as converter works 9,38 pounds. (3,5 kgs)
And the baby won't have webbed feet.

So far my guess is 4.2 kg, supposedly equaling 9.25941501 pounds. Now I'll just have to find out someplace how many frakkin' ounces 0.25941501 pounds are...
Ah. 0.25941501 pounds = 4.15064016 ounces. Goooood.

Me, too, of course. I just put mine in to give as an example.
Lmarr says that even though Canada uses metric system, they still use non-metric US system of pounds and ounces for babies' weights.
Weight Conversion Calculator
I looked around for a good weight conversion calculator, but most of them would only do kg to pounds but not include ounces.
I finally found this one on TrueKnowledge that does the job.
After "What would you like to know?", type in "___ kgs in pounds and ounces" |
