According to the flag icons on "logged in users" (bottom right in home window), I'm an American but I know I'm not.
Ok, my great-great-grandfather emigrated to America together with his parents, but moved back to Sweden 15 years later, but I doubt that SST knows about this (but you never know what powerful contacts the team of SST have).
In my profile I have "Location: Sweden", and as far as I know Sweden is not the 51st state of America.
How do I change the flag icon? _________________ 'Fear is the mindkiller' |

Me too.
I am down as coming from the US, when my origins are distictly British.
You know, invaded by the Romans, bred out by the French, bit of raping from the Scandinavians, indiscriminate mixing with Americans.
Boy, is that going to be a psychedelic flag, or what? _________________ There is a very fine line between "hobby" and "mental illness". |

I think that the flags are a neat touch. Way to go Jeric!!! _________________ This is to remind you that all humans make mistakes and that all leaders are but human. --Leto II Atreides, Children of Dune |

Thanks Jeric.
Read the FAQ.
I doubt it will impair my appreciation of SST too much.

Looks like I missed another FAQ
Must say that I find it a real joy to surf (and of course listen) to this site. Really like the new countdown field in the "now playing window" (and the fact that the window does not have to reload so often). And the fading effect, when hovering the mouse over the links, are really cool.
But my favourite improvement are these guys:

Sorry i didn't mean to make it sound like it was already there. You didn't miss it, I added it because of the questions in this thread and I knew there would be a lot more to come, especially in the Chat.
Thank you for the compliments! I'm so happy my hard work is appreciated. _________________ "Are you not entertained? Are you not entertained? Is this not why you are here?." -Maximus

The flags feature has been significantly improved. I installed a ip-to-country database so it detects IPs and determines which country the IP is from instead of using the inaccurate TLD method. This also gets around peoples anti-referring so you will see a lot less blank flags. I also reset the statistics so we can have a more accurate display of where SST visitors are from. _________________ "Are you not entertained? Are you not entertained? I like the hover thing, since i don't have everyone's flag memorized. But can we leave Cal's as white? _________________ 'He looked at her, and being a man whom pity deeply stirred, it seemed to him that her loveliness amid her grief would pierce his heart.' —Faramir's thoughts on Éowyn |
