For those who might remember, a couple years ago I lost my job. Out of the blue, sacked. Well.... it happened again.
At leas this time it wasn't as much out of the blue as it was last time. Things at work had been slowing down and I knew the work was drying up... I had even started working with a recruiter to start looking... I just now need to do it faster than I did last time.
I am taking it in stride... no melt downs like last time. I landed on my feet successfully last time, I shouldn't have trouble this time around either.
It'll all be for the better in the long run. Maybe I'll even get to hang around more often and listen in.
Not sound snippy, but I don't need condolences, sorry's, or pity (it's not any of your fault.... or is it??  ) it's all good. What I will take are job offers, cash, other donations and prayers. 
When I get around to it, I'll post the full story about how it all went down. While it may not be as entertaining as the last time, it still will provide me with some therapy.

Here's the latest... after being out for roughly 6 weeks, I finally found a job! YAAAAY! It's with a company called Blackbaud - http://www.blackbaud.com - they provide IT solutions for non-profit organizations. It pays more than I was looking for (very cool!) but it does mean relocating to South Carolina (currently in Nebraska) ... but at least my inlaws live out there, so I'll have some kind of support for the transition. At any rate, thought I'd share the good news.
