Hey HFCers!

I was goofing around on iTunes and what should i find but a Hisaishi ST that even SST doesn't have Shocked. The music is from the movie "A Chinese Tall Story". I listened to the previews and it didn't dissapoint. The ST must be rare because i didn't even see it on Amazon Shocked.

Anyways if you have iTunes and if this link works (hopefully, don't hurt me if it doesn't Razz Wink ) you should take a listen to it or do like i did and just buy the whole album lol!

http://itunes.apple.com/us/album/id315993835?i=315993862

oh btw, I don't think you can listen to it from there. If you click "View in iTunes" it will bring up iTunes and you can listen to previews from there Smile

And another good news for HFC members in the US...

According to the reviews below, the most recent US DVD releases of Kiki’s Delivery Service, Castle In The Sky, My Neighbor Totoro
has an interview section called Scoring Miyazaki (7:19), featuring Joe Hisaishi.

Apparently those US editions have much more extra features than ridiculously expensive Japanese releases Mad

Thanks for reviving the thread Pride Smile

These US editions do look good, too bad they're not available anywhere else!

The French editions of these movies don't have bonuses at all, just like the Japanese edition if I recall well -- except if you count the storyboard version as being a bonus.

Hey HFCers!

Thanks for the update on the new releases Pridelander Smile I recently bought the new release of My Neighbor Totoro and completely enjoyed the bonus material included. I especially enjoyed hisaishi's story about how he came up with the theme for Ponyo. For those who really love Totoro there is a "walk through" of the actual area that the story takes place in included with the bonus interviews.

Sorry to hear that the versions for other countries don't have the extra bonus material Sad but i guess you can always order it on amazon...
