I don't think so Xalira. Similar thing happened a year ago.
BTW: Using this link you can see (it's in Polish but look at numbers at the botom of the article) that organizers of the festival (KBF - Kraków Festival Bureau) got nearly 250.000 Euro from EU to cover part of the costs of the festival. Total cost of the whole event is given as a bit less than 600.000 Euro.
http://www.biurofestiwalowe.pl/fundusze/festiwal-muzyki-filmowej-w-krakowie--2011_2.html
My opinion is that money for the festival should be already long locked in a budget of organizers for 2011. At least I hope so (they've got quite a big city behind them which plans this kind of spending in advance and organize many more events every year than just Film Music Festival).
PS: Oh, I just found press info in Polish about dividing EU money between different events in Kraków area for 2011. It's quite old article (from end of august 2010) but what's interesting is that they mention there that during 2011 Festival in Kraków we will hear "Pirates of the Carribean" music, Harry Potter music, some computer games music and music from "Czas honoru" (the last one is probably Polish TV series with soundtrack composed by young Polish composer - Bartosz Chajdecki - who was a member of panel discussion during 2010 festival).

News about festival agenda has been released!
You will have a chance to listen to:
- Spirited Away, Princess Mononoke, Howl's Moving Castle, Laputa – Castle in the Sky, Nausicaä of the Valley of the Wind plus Hana-bi, Kids Return and Summer by Joe Hisaishi (maestro will be a conductor himself and we will see 250 artists on stage)
- Distant Worlds: Final Fantasy (with HD quality video to watch) and music from Polish computer game Wiedzmin 2 (by Adam Skorupa i Krzysztof Wierzynkiewicz) as examples of computer games music,
- Pirates of the Carribean: The Curse of the Black Pearl - with the same orchestra that performed LOTR: Return of The King last year.
- TV series music from "Czas Honoru" by Polish composer Bartosz Chajdecki (you can find this score in SST's library)
We will have the same concert venue as last year - awesome location in old steel mill building in ArcelorMittal Poland.
Tickets will be available from March 21st via www.eventim.pl.
There will be Festival Academies too - this time with Joe Hisaishi, Klaus Badelt, Masashi Hamauzu, Arnie Roth and Bartosz Chajdecki. One of subjects of meetings will be background and backstage of making Takeshi Kitano's and Hayao Miyazaki's movies and also Final Fantasy and Wiedźmin. There will be a chance to talk about Badelt-Bruckheimer-Zimmer-Disney cooperation.
And I hope to see Alchemist and other HFC members in Kraków! That would be awesome to meet you!

For those who are coming to Kraków you will get a special SST shirt for the Film Music Festival.
Like this, of course with the 4th FMF logo on it.
So I am going to ask all of you who are coming to send me a PM with your shirt size, so we can order the shirts with the right size. _________________ That's the beauty of music. They can't take that away from you. (Andy Dufresne)

That is great mol and welcome back Tonks, I was also contacted by new member DallasTreado, who lives in Kraków, about the Gathering Shirt and will be at the Festival as well. Still need to receive a response of the Shirt size.
Talking about the shirt size, for those who are coming to the festival, to get your free SST / FMF shirt, please PM me your shirt size! _________________ That's the beauty of music. They can't take that away from you. (Andy Dufresne)
