thank you again DuchBat ! ^_______^
There's no showing of "blocks" for the placement in the official website's checkout page.
Do you get the information from another site ?

All 16 booked tickets are in Block C seats 12-27
and yes, I used an other site. Smile

Block C-seatings 12-27 are in the first rows of the lower balcony.
depending on where the stage will be build (head or sideways of the oval)
it's either slightly diagonal from centre stage or "at 7 pm on a clockscale"
(don't know the english term for it)
These seats should not be affected by blocked views by lowhanging loudspeakers like last year, but then again Muriel said that that problem was solved anyhow.

If people who are on the maybe-list still want to come, please let me know asap 'cause we'll have 5 more tickets in option for that C-block.

for the people who are looking for accomodation:
There are still a lot of hotelrooms available in Gent if you book early.
For an overview try: www.booking.com search for Gent for the days you need a room. All price-categories are available.

Personally I had a good experience in Verlaet Studio, a bed and breakfast on the IJzerlaan 11, just opposite the venue. Only 2 rooms there but with free internet.
Info: www.bedandbreakfast-gent.be

Dutchbat, YOU ARE THE MAN!! Thanks for your arrangements.

I have a very good experience with Ibis Hotels. Not too expensive but still a good bed, WIFI, clean bathroom, etc and pretty good breakfast. It's only for one night. I don't really matter what the specific accommodations will be.

Hi!
I have been thinking about going to gent. Probably I will be able, but it's still a maybe. Anyways, I saw you made a "maybe" list. Can you please include my husband and I? We are trying to gather some information before a confirmation. Thanks!

Ladies and Gentlemen, I am pleased to inform you that The Spanish Delegation composed by Reinadarknova and Husband (we will welcome any other spanish wanting to join) CONFIRMS ASSISTANCE.

^_^ We bought the flights yesterday and we are arranging the hotel for our accommodation.

But we need to know, DUTCHBAT if it is still 2 tickets for us of those you booked. In case they are not available, please tell me as soon as possible so we can buy the tickets ourselves.

I can't wait to meet you all!

I am very pleased to hear so many members are coming. It means more planning, but that is ok. Looking forward to see you all. This will be a nice international group.
