I tried to spend my time taking photos with other people's cameras so they could be in the pictures. However, here are a few from mine:
Inside the Film Museum. NovaKat inside the car and Dutchbat, Mol, and Siri.
The "Kindergarten Cop" school.
Siri, Twopop, Andres, Kat, Dutch, Jade, and Mol (sitting on steps).
Composite photo in the driveway of the "Goonies" house with "Kindergarten Cop" school in background.
The Astoria-Megler Bridge is 4.1 miles long and spans the Columbia River between Oregon and Washington.
Andres, Kat, Jade, Dutch, Siri, and Mol.
Astoria Column is 125 feet tall. Siri is waving and Mol is shooting video from the top.
Ft. Clatsop is a recreation of the fort explorers Lewis and Clark built in the winter of 1806.
Some national park rangers dress in clothing of that era, and demonstrate how to load and shoot a musket.
Dutch, Mol, Two’s hubby, and Sirius.
The SST Three Musketeers - Mol, Dutch and Sirius - with plaque about the Lewis and Clark Expedition. |

Thanks so much to Cinder (and Tim!) for arranging this lovely gathering on the beautiful Oregon coast!! We couldn't have asked for better weather to represent our beloved pacific northwest, right Cin and Two? I hope the others enjoyed being out by the ocean and surrounded by vast expanses of greenery! I sure appreciate living over here.
It was wonderful getting to talk with Andres, Two, and her hubby over dinner about life, hobbies, and *gasp* taboo subjects!! Very interesting and intelligent people and I was delighted to have that lovely conversation with you! Nova kept us entertained by his kick-a** drawing skills, Jade is super nice in person, and I was able to talk with Sirius IRL about our respective bungee profile pics and time in New Zealand! Mol shared some fantastic cookies from his hometown and we honored Dutch (very outgoing and friendly guy - always smiling!) for his fabulous feats as a SST ambassador!
So glad I was able to join you! I wish I could have participated in more of the outings with you all, but alas - the hubby and dog wanted beach time on Sunday. The pics look great so far! |

On my way back to cold Amsterdam I want to express (again) my great appreciation for what Cinder and Tim did. And I very much enjoyed meeting with all the new faces and hope to get some more time to talk with rachelbp next time
I had a great time and it made me realize what fortunate job I took up being able to meet all those nice people that make the SST-community.
Hope to see them all again soon and maybe even at the EaSST coast Gathering or in Dallas. _________________

I had such a good time getting this whole show on the road!!! Things for the most part just fell into place as I needed them. Tim was a super help to be sure.
Thank you one and all for the memories and laurels you have given us.
I would do it again in a heart beat.
I have uploaded a good portion of photos on my Facebook page.
And at Webshots. Here is the address for that site. It is open to public so no PW is needed.

Nice shots, Cind. All those seagulls! Thanks again for bringing so much bread for us to feed to them.
Wow! I just checked out Sirius' blog where he and Mol are posting their travel pics. The Civil War reenactment pictures are FABULOUS!!

I thought to be honest, although i don't like you. |
I hope that something was lost in translation there.
In any event I like JadedTitan just fine, for what it's worth.

I like her plenty as well. She is both a lovely friend and a great asset to SST. I don't think there was a translation problem. I think we just saw some true colors flying for a moment, which should serve to clarify some folks' thinking. |
