OK let me give you a resumé of the times certain parts of the program start in case someone skips one of those but rejoins further down the program:
10.30 assembly for meeting in Marriott.
12.15 lunch at Walters' for those who will go there.

14.00 Start guided tour:
Assembly at the Tourist Office:
Botermarkt 17a
15.30 End guided tour
Resting place to be announced (City Centre)
for people arriving late: call +31630556308
to find out our whereabouts.
16.40 Leaving centre to Yanko
17.00 Doors open at Yanko
dinner until:
19.30 Walk from Yanko to concertvenue

Wife and I will be there at 10h30 sharp!
As we discussed today, count us in for lunch at Walter's, since we agreed so. Just see with the man if we can skip the wine testing, I'm ok with just the cheese 
What's in the vegetarian menu for dinner?

Ok, cousin thinks she can get along in the tour with her rigid foot boot thing. But, she says she's playing it by foot (ear), haha. She says she'll see how she feels come Saturday. I don't know when I'll get internet again. And what is dress code for the concert and everything? |

Don't know about dress code. I talked with my chérie, we decided to go casual for the day and classy for the night
I think we will both represent our own country (are there other Frenchee/Romanian coming?) so we ought to be properly dressed

My question is... ¿When are you going to change clothes? I don't think my husband and I will have any moment left. So... we will use some kind of casual-trendy outfit. It should work for day and night! (well, hope so)
