Sigh... my chat seems to have broken... it just stopped dead and hasn't changed now for several hours. Everything else seems fine. I've logged out and closed out and rebooted, same. Any suggestions?

While holding down the Ctrl key, hit refresh at the top of your browser. That MIGHT work.
And you're using the NEWEST version of your browser, right? .....RIGHT? |

Mac or PC? Mac's tend to run buggy on this site. |

I haven't heard of anyone else having this problem and I'm using IE 6.02 myself. Even though the chat uses three(!) different methods of preventing caching you could try empyting your cache. If the problem persists you can use the say-button to easily refresh the chat. (Yes, if you leave the field blank it will refresh, not submit. ) _________________ Who is General Failure and why is he reading my disk? |

I think I have figured out the chat problem. It was a cache problem. Not that I hadn't cleared it but I just needed to open up the amount a bit. Now it seems to be running much better.
