I think I can do vocals (in the bass range), but I am not a native speaker of English.

Hi all, i'm ok for participate to this project i'm a First Tenor signer !

If you need a female voice who can sing verry high, i think i can request my girlfriend she is a nice classic soprano singer.

If you need i'm playing : Clarinet Bb, Euphonium, Brass bass Eb and Bb ! (i have all those 4 instruments at my home) Smile

if you want a recording with a nice computer rendering, for example to work. Ask me, I'll see what better I can do.

I really enjoy it to have the first arrengement for work Wink

*High-fives Pez* Right?

Looks like we'd have four-part vocals covered if needed, as well as a killer brass section!

Very cool. Re: English: may be less of a problem than you think. Firstly, because music is rhythm-based, a lot of the cadence that makes up your accent will be much less noticeable. Secondly, The Inner Light vocals were oohs and aahs rather than words. It'll work either way!

Yeah!

Okay, so here we go!
Conductor, send me a PM and we can work out what you can do for this project pre-recording.

I love this enthusiasm! I’ve already got a message from someone interested!

The next step is creating the arrangement and if we know what instruments we have for sure, then it makes it easier to write the arrangement with those instruments in mind. I will look through this post for instruments, but it would help if you send me a message with your instrument(s) of choice to have a definitive list. Then the arranging can begin!!! Yay!!

Maybe it would be possible to add a cat to the mix, like so? *L*

Yeah! I was hoping you'd chime in! I actually don't know a lot about what you do, but those sound like great things for the project. What kinds of brass are we talking, here? Do you sing, too?

Hahaha, well....Im an orchestrator and conductor for film and game music. And besides that I conduct wind/concertbands and write arrangements for them.

I can play all brass instruments (trumpet, flugelhorn, cornet, trombone, alto horn, french horn, euphonium, tuba (but Anton is way better at that tho)) but i DO NOT(!), I repeat...DO NOT sing....ever...at all.... :p

So....If you want some help...slide in my DM :p Im happy to accomodate where and when I can.

Hi everyone,

For those interested I made a small draft of Building the Crate. Just curious if this is something we can pull off.

Enjoy!

Ps: sounds are all Noteperformer, so dont shoot me!

Hey all,

So, the business of the holiday season, along with being a parent, took over for awhile taking my attention away from the project. But it’s time to get back to it!

I have made a list of those that expressed interest in playing and I will send an invitation to the google drive folder where parts can be retrieved when they are ready and where you can submit parts.

Conductor, the mock-up sounds amazing and like a fun piece to play! Correct me if I’m wrong, but I believe you mentioned that we’ll need some kazoo players as well?

It’s not too late to get onboard, so if anyone else wants to be involved you can PM me or post here and I’ll add you to the roster.

Have a great day all!
