Hi everyone !
OGG is really wonderful and I appreciate very much that we can now finally listen to this radio through OGG stream.
But is it possible to play OOG Stream in the Windows Media Player ?

Nope Windows doesnt like open source. SO it doesnt support ogg. Use a decent player like winamp 2. |

Well I know that Microsoft doesn't like Open Source. And you won't surely have a "by design" OGG support made by Microsoft. But isn't possible to develop a third party OGG codec that can be used with WMP (like the DivX) ? |

I took a quick look and didn't see any. Doesn't mean there isn't one though. If you find one yourself let us know. You can also check out the Ogg Vorbis 101, thread. That's where you can post stuff like this. |

Checked it too, didnt see it either. But I know that my WMP at home supports Ogg sound in divx/Xvid. I have to check that out.
You can google for Ace Mega Pack to check it out yourself. I haven't had any (video) codec problems since I installed that one. |

Dont know what that does exactly. Installing winamp 2.91 looks easier |

Appears to be a tool used to put Ogg Vorbis aurdio with different types of video formats. |

Pilou. I admire your dedication and perserverance to the Microsoft cause and product line. I myself have a great loyalty to Bill and the crowd. But...

Well I already have Winamp for months but it's just that I have a little preference for the Windows Media Player user interface...
And don't worry, if there is no other option, I will use Winamp 2 for this wonderful station. :p (Even if it crashes sometimes). |
