Cocles, looks like your very passionate about this topic or maybe you just feel better about yourself by putting other people down. Yes, people in general are lazy and don't notice very many things. I think we can all say it happens to us from time to time. But did you stop to think some of the problem maybe due to people creating bookmarks/shortcuts directly to the queue/played page. That's the first page I see. So maybe you should take it easy on stupid newbies/oldies whatever. |

Zeus, for bookmarking the queue to be a problem, the listener would still have to be too lazy (or stupid) to check the forums and the homepage before whining in the chat.

Am I right in assuming that Hurricane Izzy knocked out the station? 
In all seriousness I got so tired of typing a reply to the questions in the chat that I made a response in notepad and just paste it into the chat whenever anyone asks. As for peple not checking the forums and the front page (like they should as that's where ALL the news that's fit to print gets distributed) they also fail to check the log from the chat or once even to just scroll down! 
Cocles, When you get the pop up book done I'd like to get a copy for the record.

Yea, but even with the pop-up book, the newbies aren't likely to find it any easier. Maybe if there's a page that they open up and it pops up and hits them smack dab in their face...literally...
We can all hope. lol 
Of course, we could try to get them to read the Newbie eye chart:

I can see it now. As of tday the contents of this forum will be under the subject
"Drunken Teen Co-Eds want to have S-E-X with you!"
The thread will have more hits than the "?" thread and about 50 posts of
"WTF! Where are the pics of the naked chicks?"
That being said I say you just record the names of the doofs who demonstrate that they can not
A. Read the home page
B. Read the forums
C. Take note of the fact that there is NO stream info at the top of the page and
D. Show no awareness of current events
and use that information for a new contest. "The Dumb-ass contest" where we get to vote on the dumbest chat line of the year.

Insecurities is doubtful... I don't mean to cause trouble. But ah.... Speaking for someone with a large ego people like myself and cocles generally don't need to pick on others to feel better about ourselves. You see we love ourself enough. Maybe even too much. So anytime we are mean to those of lesser quality we simply do it, because they are less then us on every scale. I don't pick on dumb people cause it makes me feel better, I pick on them because they are dumb, (maybe it could motivate them to be smarter ) It worked for me. |

finally after trying once again weither it would already back i had luck. Been listening for some hours again now. although I getting more and more sleepy here. (my own fault, skipt a night to party )
But I really going to take some rest now, while listening further to the best station.
