Now as anyone who has been to Nawlins (New Orleans) can tell you the one song all the tourists want to hear from the street musicians is 'when the saints go marching in'. While I haven't visited for a few years, when I did all of the street vendors had signs up that said something to the effect of 'when the saints go marching in $20'
Now if you tried something like that for the LOTR tracks...what's that I hear (cha-ching). Heck if you made Gollums song something like $5, as elmer fudd says '...you'd be a millionaire with a mansion and a yacht...'

What those New Orleans bands are doing is illegal. And doing that here would be illegal too unless we decide to pay a lot more royalties.
