I'm thinking it would be nice to have a day with no lyrics (sorry RHPS, Transformers, St. Elmo's Fire, Breakfast Club, Spirit, Chicago, etc.)
Maybe on the birthday of the silent Marx brother or something *shrug* |

Hmmm I like this idea. But it looks like a pain to implement it though. Imagine you have to scan every CD to see if it got lyrics songs or not. I love the idea. But I don't want to be in JERIC's shoes to implement it. |

Yeah that would require me marking 25,000 songs yes or no to whether they have lyrics or not. LOL _________________ "Are you not entertained? Are you not entertained? Is this not why you are here?." -Maximus

Wouldn't it be nice?! I don't want to say that I hate lyrics so someone say it for me, please! I suspect that it will never happen and that we'll have to listen to OB1 sing, along with Bryan Adams for ever - not to mention Celine. _________________ All in the world recognize the

Could we help Jeric? If we all checked our own st collections and made a note of which tracks had lyrics - we'd probably cover a fair few albums in your collection (wild assumption that other people have the time to spare too ). We could email the lists to you... and then create more work for you to do... hmph!
Well, I'd be more than happy to do something like that if it could somehow spread the work load. |

At this time it is not a high priority. I'm working on Dynamic Requests and Dedicated Servers which will improve the service a lot more than just a no lyrics day. Just want to let you know good things are right around the corner. _________________ "Are you not entertained? Are you not entertained? Is this not why you are here?." -Maximus

I am not against lyrics, but a no lyrics day would be nice. What I don't like are tracks with talking (i.e. not part of a song) Some of the Wargames tracks come to mind ... sigh _________________ For every complex issue in life there is a simple easy to understand and easy to apply wrong answer. |

I apologize for digging up this old thread but it was the closest topic I could find to what I want to add.
If anyone here is interested in knowing the lyrics to songs in soundtracks, I stumbled upon a great website for that - Soundtrack Lyrics & Song Lyrics.
