I was watching Shaolin soccer the other day, which is a hillarious movie...but anyway towards the end when the girl stops the last kick I noticed a piece of music that sounded really familiar. It sounded almost identical to Hans Zimmer's Lion King. To be more specific... the track is "king of pride rock" and about 4:20 into the song. Is it just me or did someone rip off Zimmer's work?

hardly,
raymond chow's score is pretty orignal if not traditional. i noticed abit of zimmer inspiration too but i wouldn't say ripping off. the stays true to the film, being a hong kong film, keeping the music oriental.

Is there a English-subtitled version of this film? I've been wanting to see it but the language is a big barrier.
