JERIC,
Maybe an idea is to make the background color for these types of "stickies" yellow (or at least the text in yellow) so that it stands out on the screen against the general blue theme of SST's webpage. That way, right at the top of each forum (like Requests and even now in Entertainment), the stickies can really stand out.

Sure, you can't make them read it. But, at least it'll be the first thing that attracts them to that particular page within the forum. It might work, it might not. It shouldn't be that much work to implement, although it's not me that would be doing it, but the ever-busy JERIC.

I remember a few months ago, I stuck a photo of a pair of boobs in bikini next to a news item I wanted everyone to read.
We actually got a few complaints from GUYS who were offended. |

Understandable Cocles. Just throwing out an idea anyways -> at least a different color background souldn't offend anyone like your picture did!

rotfl... I didn't think that people like that actually used the internet 
Anyhow, I don't see any need to make the stickies a different color... I think it's already abundantly clear which threads are stickies and which ones aren't. |
