When running SST through IE the now playing window is out of sync. with the soundtrack using Winamp is this normal or am I doing something wrong?

Using Winamp (SSTAMP Cool) via L365 it's my experience that the 64k stream is a few seconds behind and the 32k is at least the double. Read more here http://www.streamingsoundtracks.com/modules.php?name=Forums&file=viewtopic&p=10403#10403
