TJoebgen already mentioned it, but I can't help but think of the Matrix because of Obi's battles. The previous suggestions are great!

Even though I haven't been here very long, here are other suggestions:

Animated film music like Mulan-Suite, Sinbad-Let the Games Begin, Spirit-Run Free.
Kikujiro-The Rain
Band of Brothers-Main theme, Requiem, or Suite 2.
Something from Armageddon, Pearl Harbor-Tennessee, or Last Samurai-Way of Life.
Easily recognizable Horner like Beautiful Mind-Kaleidoscope, Braveheart-Battle of Stirling or Freedom, Apollo 13-The Launch.
Dragonheart main theme gets played a lot.
If you include vocal music, Chicago, Moulin Rouge, or Beauty and the Beast.

One of the vocal tracks I really like Prince of Egypt - Deliver Us and it gets requested pretty often, not as much as thoose zirael listed though.

The Fifth Element - Lucia Di Lammermoor, The Diva Dance

I 100% agree on that one. Cool

MI2 Bare Island from Hans Zimmer.

That's one of my favorite Zimmer soundtracks. The Rain Man , Days Of Thunder(Theme and Dawn) and Backdraft themes are good too. Gladiator, I reckon is one of the most popular Zimmer soundtracks.

Though if I had to pick one of the tracks... the compilation must have John Barry's Chaplin, "Main Theme/Smile track" Smile , Diamonds Are Forever IMHO is another good Barry.

For Mr. Elfman if would be Edward Scissor Hands (Ice Dance)and/or Batman.

For John Williams, Hook , A.I. , Jurassic Park or perhaps something from the Harry Potter films? Hp3 is mighty good.

For Howard Shore, It's LOTR Return Of the King

For Patrick Doyle, Sense And Sensibility, "Theme" Or "Patience".

As for James Horner, not sure at the moment... but Titanic and Braveheart come to mind first, of course Rolling Eyes edit: and Apollo 13

Disney's Beauty and the Beast or The Little Mermaid have some great vocal and non vocal tracks.

There are so many other great tracks I've heard on the site other than the ones already mentioned.

I'm still getting acquinted with Joe Hisaishi, so perhaps someone else can nominate something for him.

Hmmm, my suggestions would be something from:
Sinbad - Legend of the Seven Seas: Let The Games Begin, or Sirens
Drop Zone: Too Many Notes - Not Enough Rests
Gladiator: The Battle, or The Gladiator Waltz
    E.S. Posthumus - Unearthed: Niveneh

Ennio Morricone - The Good, The Bad, and The Ugly
ES Posthumus - Ebla
Randy Edelman - Finale from Dragonheart or Promentary from Last of the Mohicans
James Horner - something from Willow (Willow's Journey Begins?)
Basil Poledouris - something from Conan the Barbarian or the Hymn from Hunt for Red October
Trevor Jones - Cliffhanger Theme
Jerry Goldsmith - Rudy Main Title
John Williams - something from The Terminal or Catch Me If You Can or Always (For Always from AI is played a lot, too)
Although I'm not a huge fan of the gaming scores, I agree that we should add a couple since they are definitely part of the SST culture. I suggest the main theme from Metal Gear Solid and Medal of Honor main theme.

I'm definitly in favour of E.S. Posthumus.

SST is a mix of moviescores, games-scores en a little bit of vocal tracks.
So here's my list:

Posthumus(as mentioned above), any track will do
Medal of Honor Frontline - Operation Market Garden
Batman - Attack of the Batwing - Danny Elfman
Backdraft - The show must go on - Bruce Hornsby
Braveheart - The Secret Wedding - Hans Zimmer
Pirates Of The Caribbean - Barbossa is Hungry - Klaus Badelt

I could mention so much more, but these are a few of my true favorites which I request often on SST.

Needs:

"Return of the King - White Tree"

A track from "On her Majesty's Secret Service"

A track from "ES Posthumous"

I'm surprised no one's mentioned "Robin Hood: Prince of Thieves"

I'll stop now before I spend hours listing the rest of the stuff that deserves a spot.

From Joe Hisaishi maybe The Dragon Boy from Spirited Away or Summer from Kikujiro (any will do).

I definetly think a track fom both the Matrix and LOTR. 1 because they are both great soundtracks; and 2 because they are two different types of soundtrack music.

John Williams, I think you got to have one of the original Star Wars tracks (episodes 4,5, or 6), maybe Imperial March

Altoid, that is exactly what I'm looking for. Lots of songs you mentioned should and will be included.

One more that came to me is "Dark City - You Have The Power".

Awesome track, but it is 12 minutes. Isn't there a shorter one with the same theme?

Yes but there are not as good. You Have The Power may be kinda long but it changes a few times in the song which almost makes it more than one song.

I added it and some of Pixie's and Altoids selections.
