This is a John Carpenter remake - very different from the original. I was curious to see what other people thought about this one. Personally, I loved the original and I hate messing with a good thing. The new one is not as gory, but it did have quite a few jump scenes. |

it was fine.. but the wonder of the the orginal film is the total dred that over takes you.. Very lacking in this one I thought.. Could of been a case of you know what was going to happen if you saw the orginal more or less

My Dad wanted to go see this one again(he loves to watch things a few times  ). I really am not sure if I like this one as well as the original. There are a lot of things they did not explain in the remake vrs. the original. But, if you've never see the original, then you may like the movie. Bottom line is, it's a good movie, but it just doesn't meet my expectations as a good remake. |

I'm gonna watch this movie next weekend.
It's when becomes avaliable here in Brasil.
The trailer picked up my attention.

Sorry did not like the movie. I was "suckered" into watching the movie. It had few intersting parts, but would not watch the movie again. |
