Guess which word I think is worse than "Actually" to start a sentence.

I've yet to determine a prize, most likely option is a CD *shrug*

Post your guesses and first correct guess wins.

P.S. It's not a swear word

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
[Answer] "Seriously" (by itself. If you add "folks" to it, that's comedian-speak Smile)
no-one guessed correctly, I'd probably say TJoe came closest as he had the most "ly" guesses
Personally I find your "actually" pet peeve to be completely ridiculous and unwarranted, making it more of a quirk than a pet peeve.
If someone started EVERY sentence with "actually", sure that would be annoying, just as if they started every sentence with any one particular word or phrase.
The term "actually", when used as a header in colloquial english, is an indicator that what you're about to say is a correction to something said previously. (Whether it be by yourself, or someone else.)
It should be used sparingly, but it does have its place.
Perhaps it is even more useful in a chat module where we don't have the luxury of inflection. (Although some people seem to forget that.) Without the inflection, hint words like "actually" can be quite useful at times in figuring out what exactly it was the poster/writer was trying to say.
Wanna know one of my pet peeves? People who bitch about slang and colloquial phrases.
These words and their usage evolved for a reason. If you don't like it, go speak some other language, (until, of course, their slang and colloquial terms begin bugging you too).
Yeehaw.
And don't be a doofus.
