Cal's pictures made me curious to know which country or place you really wish, dream, to visit.

Mine is India, has been for years. I am saving for the trip of a lifetime.

I've always wanted to take a trip to Asia, particulary China and Japan. They're both filled with centuries of history and culture, not to mention the many diverse landscapes.

I'd like to go to Iceland too, heard lots about it and it sounds kinda ethereal to me.

Also I'd love to visit the US! So many places in the states I'd like to see, it would take me a year!

I'd pretty much like to see as much of the world as I can. So far I've lived in several countries, but I haven't travelled to very many places that I haven't lived. New Zealand is high on my list, as is Japan, much of Europe, Africa and South America. Probably my two most unusual travel wishes are:

Spitzbergen (aka Svalbard), that Norwegian island way up to the north of Norway. It has the world's northernmost regular air service and the world's northernmost full service hotels.

Sakhalin Island, that Russian island directly north of Japan. Hopefully I'll get there someday.

For mw it is definetly Asia, specically Japan or China (close second). From watching so many movies I have fallen in love with Japan. I want to visit the counryside more than anything, but I am afraid that by the time I get to Japan all the country will be gone Sad

It seems Cal's actual trìp is among everybody's favourites. Of course I'd love to visit NZ too plus Costa Rica, Namibia and Iceland.

Just went to Mexico, and I loved it. I have to say thats really the only country I wish to visit at the moment. I would like to go to the Czech Republic/Slovakia eventually, since its such a big part of my family's culture. I like beautiful places, but sometimes Texas Sunsets are enough scenery to convince you that you're in Heaven.
