Hi, I'm a newly registered listener, and I seem to be having a problem requesting a track. Whenever I click on a track I am told that I have already reached my request limit. This is not possible as I have not yet requested any tracks.
I have noticed that the top-right bar next to the "Request Limit" bar is currently reading "Timer under construction" whereas in the past I believe it said something like "Your request: Ready".
Can anyone explain this? Thanks. |

Two things can happen
- you requested within the time limit. Which was at some point a wopping 1 request in 4 hours
- more people are requesting from your IP address.
Have you read the FAQs? Good stuff. |

Ah, it'll have been the requesting from the same IP that did it - my flatmate also registered yesterday and we are on a network in our flat...
I did read at least some of the FAQs, but I couldn't find anything about multiple requests from the same IP. Anyway, thanks for the reply. |
