I just thought I'd start a new documentary thread. I recently saw the new flick "Control Room," which is mostly about the controversial Arab broadcaster Al-Jazeera. I really didn't like it very much at all. It was really unfocused. It just seemed to be all over the place, making little points about the inherently biased nature of broadcast journalism without actually really telling us very much.
Has anyone else seen this film? If so, did you like it? |

Haven't seen it, but other reviews said it was a balanced look at Middle Eastern vs. Western media, so I'm curious to see it.
Haven't been up to date on documentaries lately, other than Farenheit 911, but I want to check out Super Size Me and The Corporation.
