I had a similar problem when I tried to sign up. I finally emailed Cocles after my 2nd attempt...

Same thing happened to me. I emailed the site and an admin created my account by hand. I don't know who it was. (The phantom admin)
CAI: would it be too much to ask you to remove the foul language in your sig? I prefer not to see that stuff once, let alone over and over again.

Must be James Horner again!!! He's responsible for all curses that happen to this website!
I'm sure the "foul" language that ColdAsIce uses has also be added by JH. ColdAsIce wouldn't do such a thing.

I guess I should clarify. I didn't know who it was because I didn't know anyone here. His name was on the emails, but I'd deleted them by the time I got to know everyone here. Thanks, Cal, for getting me set up.
I think I'll just put this shovel down now... This hole's deep enough already...
