The Applegates and Heathers. Both by the same director... both stunk horribly. _________________ I am accustomed to sleep and in my dreams to imagine the same things that lunatics imagine when awake. ~ Rene Descartes, "Meditations on First Philosophy" |

By far, the Jon Voight Noah's Ark miniseries. I just laughed until I cried almost non-stop. F. Murray Abraham, how the mighty have fallen!! |

I agree with whoever mentioned slasher flicks. Pick any movie from the Freddy, Jason, Hellraiser, or Halloween series, and you've got a contender. For the hype that surrounded it, I'd say Star Wars Episode II: Attack of the Clones was about the most disappointing movie I've seen.
To whoever mentioned The Lost World: I thought Jurassic Park III was much worse.
Tjoe: I wouldn't say The Triplets of Belleville is bad, just too weird for my tastes. And actually... I liked Joe Versus the Volcano. I find Tom Hanks hilarious!
Here are three to sink your teeth into:
Mortal Kombat: Annihilation
Behind Enemy Lines a.k.a. P.O.W. The Escape
Lara Croft Tomb Raider: The Cradle of Life |

would have to be The Lost Highway by David Lynch (and i would add i am normally a lynch fan!) or possibly a really low budget sci fi flick called the rollerblade seven (unbelievably awful film but a bit of a laugh for being so bad) |

No way. I like that movie.
Besides, there are much worser movies then Broken Arrow.
Like:
Godzilla
Catwoman
Charlie's Angels 2
Bad Boys 2
Not another teen movie (and al that kind of crap).
And a lot more...... _________________ In a world without justice, one man was chosen to protect the innocent. |

Do you mean the monstrosity of the American-made Godzilla, or all the Godzilla films? |

Battlefield Earth: A Saga of the Year 3000. I don't know... Is it possible to do a worse attempt of sci-fi? If it was possible to get brain damage by watching ... well, let's say terrible movies, this one would kill anyone who'd try to watch it. Maybe thinking over the name for the "movie" took longer than writing the script. If there even was any. _________________ I am the last of Tomb Raiders...

*returns from his long absence*
I found the major flaw with the Battlefield Earth film was that it only covered the first 200 pages of a 1000 page book. From what I understand (through internet rumors) there were plans to make the entire book into a series of films, but when the first flopped so badly, the rest of the project was scrapped. The rest of the book is really interesting as it gets into all the ramifications of the humans destroying all of their oppressors' planets, which leads to them being censured and investigated by a sort of galactic United Nations as well as them rebuilding their civilization. Overall the book is a quite entertaining science fiction read (and no, I didn't really find any overt Scientology propaganda in it).
