I'm all for not showing names. I probably would have one the first year if it weren't for that.
And it would have solved the problem I had the second year where all the bastards in the chat were screaming "Don't vote for Cocles!" to every newcomer showed up to vote.
And I still won.
Where's the gloat emoticon on this thing?

Okay, the maximum size of a custom thumbnail is 200x150.
If you do not provide a thumbnail. I will resize/crop the picture myself for a thumbnail.
And on the page itself I will include a
Click on the thumbnail to see the complete picture!!!
Same with the poll. People voted in the poll without even seeing the picture. Maybe time to built a custom contest engine for next year: voting included in the gallery page itself. |

the waffle king seems bitter  I am all for not showing names... I think we should do that... It qwill take out bias... And don't go telling people what number you are until after the contest has been completed... Lets take down last years pics so that no one can remember who look like who... Or lets at least take out the names....
Now I just need to decide what sexy ass pic I should use???? |

Cause then you are voting on the pics and not the name. So it's truly a sexy contest and not a popularity contest.

I think that looks are just one component of sexy. If Cindy Crawford talked like an robot, she wouldn't be very sexy. And who knows? Maybe that's her deep dark secret. |

heh heh - anyone remember Kathy Ireland.... before she got a speach coach? She didn't talk like a robot, but like a screechy version of Mini Mouse. Fingernails on a blackboard sounded better. |

Although there are many componants of being sexy... looks can only apply here... Because lets face it. When you chat, when you write you witty lines, or give off that funky vibe in the forums trying to be like grandmaster C. We don't have the privilage to hear your voice, to see how you carry yourself... Lets face it, many nerds come to the internet and act like big tough asses but in real life, they are shy, insecure, and smell funny... With that said... I'm glad we have the no names. I want to make sure slowmo and cal Know that I win (or beat them) because I am sexier.
And cal... it will be there on time. I promise  |
