We had a great time on our recent trip to LA & Colorado, where we stayed with our kids. Two of them have cats - son has Xena; daughter has two named Cortana & Master Chief. We nearly died laughing at their antics.
One morning Master Chief jumped into the bathtub and just started going nuts, turning twisting, stretching - like he was high on catnip or something.  I grabbed the camera and got this shot:
I sent the picture off to the family and asked for captions. (You're welcome to add some too!) 
One went a step further and responded with this:

technically they live with my parents, but here are our household pups. first up is the the schipperke, Skippy. not a great shot, but we consider this her giving us the evil eye.
the american eskimos are camera wh--, uh, divas. chloe is on the left, Baby Girl is in the center (my brother's dog), Casey is on the right, and the tiny one up top is the famous Lily Mocha Frappucino. the light's not good and she's hiding, but her coat's a very light brown / white color. she's actually a pomeranian but up close, looks like hairless gerbil. the cranky one in the back is my sister.

I'm not a dog lover (especially so after dogs killed two of my cats ...), but they look like little furballs of fun.

Two, that photo of a cat was great. And Master Chief himself is gorgeous. Your daughter has great taste (and luck) in cats.
wrabbit, I loved the photo of your schipperke. (Here comes the great betrayal of my inner nerd) One of my Sims (on The Sims 2 videogame) had a black schipperke named Snuffles. He recently passed on, and it was very hard for her. At least I think it was. She cried a lot.

Well his secret is out!
After seeing Master Chief on the Cirque poster, we sent a PI out on his trail. Turns out he's been posing as a mild-mannered tabby cat around the house...
But that whole bathtub routine was to keep in shape for his real job...!

My house is made a home by two silly dogs.
We have the newest addition to the family (he came home 3 days ago), Shikamaru. He actually answers to Shika or Shika-shika. When it's not too much effort that is.
Then we have my toy-obsessed cuddle dog, Rikku. She is very sweet and very cute and completely obsessed with kneading pillows while sucking on stuffed toys.
