when ever I try to request I get this message:
StreamingSoundtracks.com: Access Denied

I'm guessing it thinks I'm not logged in or something. But it does say I am. I haven't seen anywhere on the site that says requests are only for VIPs all the time, so I'm guessing that's not the problem. Any ideas?
Thanks.. |

I take it you're requesting from the VIP Menu under the Live365 box? If not, you need to subscribe to Live365 and send notification and proof to Jeric. Sometimes the request system is set up so that only VIP members can subscribe, as indicated by the absence of the VIP menu on the left, and VIP being mentioned in the request clock...
I'll resist the urge to mention the FAQ, and let Cocles take it from here |

No, I don't think that's it. I'm able to request just fine, and I'm not a Live365 VIP subscriber (yet). _________________ All I ask is for a chance to prove that money can't buy happiness. |

I know about the VIP only request times. I haven't tried to request at those times. I just can't request at any other time. No mention of the FAQ necessary. Read it.
I could request up until about a week ago, then I used some clean up programs to get rid of adware etc on my computer and now. no requesty. |

just out of curriosity. Are you logged in to the site when you try to place a request to the system? _________________ A little rudeness and disrespect can elevate a meaningless interaction to a battle of wills and add drama to an otherwise dull day. - Calvin and Hobbes - |
