The floating menu is a way cool addition. The extra menuing in the pull-outs will be a time saver too.
Although I like that the floating menu items are always visible, I can't "right-click" them to open those items as a New Tab (in FireFox) or a New Window (In IE) anymore. _________________ "insert your own clever quote here.... I'm too lazy to do it." |

Yeah, that is kind of annoying, but aslong as I can do it in the forums to open lots of topics at the same time I'm happy.
Except for that it's great |

The new look looks really great. Good work on that.
The only things I have to comment on is the perfomance loss and the use of Javascript. I'm not a huge fan of technology that prevents the full functionality of plain HTML like i.e. what has already been commented on. Personally I stay away from Javascripts as long as I can.
This is only my preference, of course, and kudos to you guys for putting in the hours of making this site even more unique _________________ "Anything one man can imagine,

Thanks for all the hours you put into this! I like the menu bar at the top of the screen, visually looks cleaner. I agree the floatiness is a little distracting.
Is the floaty menu causing the site to load really slowly? If that's the tradeoff, those with slower connections (like me) are gonna have a harder time logging onto this site.
Also, could someone retitle the post subject to Congrats Jeric (menu bar or site revisions) because I thought this thread was gonna be about something personal. |

My solution to this is to just open up another window and go to SST and then the appropriate section. _________________ It's like something out of that twilighty show about that zone. - Homer Simpson
