My kids have seen it, absolutely loved it. Guess I should take them again so I can see it as well. Heard lots of great stuff.

I haven't seen this one yet. But all of the CGI films that I've seen have turned out really well, so I'm looking forward to it. _________________ It's like something out of that twilighty show about that zone. - Homer Simpson

I agree with Pixie! Awesome movie. I had already made a comment about the Incredible in On Screen/Coming Soon movies thread:

I saw "The Incredibles" yesterday. It was much better than what I expected! Very funny.

My God how cool is this movie! I'm a total Superhero buff anyway, but I have to say that this is just a triumph, even by Pixar's standards.
Surprisingly darker then I was expecting, or maybe its because its just a different direction for Pixar, but still wholey worthwhile viewing, especially so if you're a fan of the superhero genre. Played a lot of the cliches for what they were (Spoiler: "monologuing", anyone? | ), while still being serious enough to be an enjoyable superhero flick.
Excellent stuff, and a definate DVD purchase. Can't wait for the special features. To think that some of the CG in it is based on 4 year old code... Its a marvel... |

Wow, I wasn't planning on seeing this film, but I've been hearing so many good things about it that I'm going to have to give it a chance. I think I'll go see it this weekend. |

Saw it yesterday.
Offcourse I went to the English version with dutch subtitles. All the small kids were in the dutch version, so they couldn't enoy me.
Being a fan of the old Bond movies, I loved to see it al again in a modern version. This is my top 2004 movie.
It was just so cool.
And Micheal Giacchino's John-Barry-score was perfect.
(Got it today.) |

Really fun, fast-moving film with fantastic graphics and backgrounds.
I thought older kids and adults would enjoy it more, re: legal and fashion jokes.
I was really impressed when I found out the same director did Iron Giant. That's one of my favorites. |

I knew it was good because both by kids behaved the whole time. 2 hours of being quiet and still is a lot to ask a 3 and 5 year old. The whole family enjoyed it and we'll probably pick it up on DVD. _________________ "Are you not entertained? Are you not entertained? Is this not why you are here?." -Maximus

Man, I need to see it before it leaves the theatres here in BC. I've been told it's almost a MUST to see in theatres if you can. Can anyone confirm that? _________________ "Get it?...Got it!...GOOD!" -- The Court Jester |
