I'm not sure if anyone has ever heard of CD's called Television's Greatest Hits - there are like 6 or 7 different CD's.. volume 1, 2, etc... but the CD with the newer fun stuff might be a nice addition - I just did a search on Amazon and it looks like Vol 3 - From the 70's and 80's might be fun.
Example of songs -
Sesame Street, Muppet Show, Alvin Show, Speed Racer, Mr. Magoo, Inspector Gaget, Smurfs, Fat Albert, Dallas, Wonder Woman, Miami Vice, The Jeffersons, etc.. etc...
Here's a link to the track listing if anyone is interested:

This might sound weird...but...
I wish I could find a score version for the cartoon "The Real Ghostbusters" And not the one with Slimer...but the first series of the cartoon...I thought the music was great... Why don't they have a soundtrack of it? _________________ Isnt it funny? This feeling inside... |

Woah.. I just checked out volume 7 - that one is pretty cool too. Saved by the bell... Fresh Prince of Bel Air... Simpsons... It's like a walk down memory lane. |

Sounds like a good idea, in theory...But, I wonder how safe my co-workers would be after I heard Green Acres for the hundreth time? No big deal, sounds good to me! _________________ "Now, listen up you primitive screwheads!" "This is my BOOM STICK, you got THAT!" |

on a related vein the Sci-Fi channel a couple of years back released 4 volumes of thier greatest title tracks. One was all Sci-Fi, another was all superheros, another was horror. I misremember what the 4th was themed on. I have the Sci-Fi version and it has all 3 of the "lost in space" as well as stuff like Dr. Who. I feel that this is a direction to be explored as well. _________________ A little rudeness and disrespect can elevate a meaningless interaction to a battle of wills and add drama to an otherwise dull day. - Calvin and Hobbes - |
