Depends what you call "art" in this case. If I don't feel anything when looking at a picture, sculpture, photograph or when reading a book or whatever, why should it be "good" then? On the other hand, I can still enjoy dumb entertainment like popcorn hollywood movies without feeling anything. Just a way to let some time pass by.
But again, if a piece of art lets you completely indifferent, that's not a good thing.

DocJones, you ask me why I don't care about this movie that I saw such a long time ago. What can I say? I didn't care about this one, I don't remember why and I won't try to remember why because I don't care.

shock, what I was saying is that, to me, the purpose of arts is to arise some kind of reaction.
