ok check this out.it looks like a remake of the cel anime into cgi/cell but really freaking cool! there are 2 more movies or a tv run in the works.

The music for the trailer is so awesome.
I think they're called the Boom Boom Satellites.
The movie looks really good as well, wish I could've seen it in the theaters. |

Well i bought and watched it tonight. the Story is basicly the same as the orginal one but a little different on the sub-plot. Overall not bad. the CG work was just visualy awesome. The music was good but on the hip hopish techno side. The gun play was good but could have had more like the orginal did. if ya want some good dumb fun go rent it.  For us anime freaks go buy it like i did
