This tends to happen on the really long threads when it turns to the next page. While I work on a solution to this problem, you can get around this by subtracting 1 from the last number. Example:
Before = start=106
Code: |
http://www.streamingsoundtracks.com/modules.php?name=Forums&file=viewtopic&t=977&start=106 |
After = start=105
Code: |

I don't think that takes you to the last post though. _________________ "Are you not entertained? Are you not entertained? Is this not why you are here?." -Maximus

After stating that I don't know much about phpBB:
Sounds like the DB thinks that the total number of posts is off by one. Perhaps a post was deleted but the DB wasn't updated with the correct total number of posts?

In the ? Thread in the community forum it's now off by 2. Subtracting 2 will now take you to the last post. Is there a way to see if there have been two posts deleted from that thread? If so, then that points to what I posted earlier (and don't have a good solution to). Maybe a fix is to manually edit the MySQL database? Could be risky, depending on what the tables look like. If they're layed out nicely then it should be an easy fix.

may it is time to close that thread, and a new one is created. phpbb is know for being buggy with large threads. |
