And I fully expected SST to win because you've done such a great job building a community around your station. Anybody who hasn't visited the Streaming Soundtracks web site really needs to. It is a perfect example of how an already great station can be made even better by reaching out to listeners and involving them.
All during the voting period I had a notice on my web site that started with "It's an honor to be nominated, but we want to win." Last night I changed it to, "We didn't win, but it's an honor to be nominated." I really do feel honored especially in a category that covers such a wide range of styles and tastes.
For me the best thing about the Awards is getting a list of the stations I need to steal ideas from.
Congrats to all!
