I am right now listening since 20 mins to the same slow, boring song: Crimson tide "Alabama".
Althought I dont have a problem with long songs (I pick some as well ![[Big Grin]](biggrin.gif) ) this one is really boring. It is basically the same tune over and over and over and over.....
Could this song be put offline like "A fistfull od Dollars" Long version and SW4 "Binary Sunset"?

I agree with Clem... Though I must say that I like 'Alabama', it is still requested too often... I think it lacks etiquette to keep requesting the mega-long songs... I mean look at me: I like SW tunes, but I don't go around requesting the battle of endor medley all the time... (I play the Imperial March a lot though, it's only 3 mins).
Anyway, conclusion :
- Too bad for a great song, but I think we should disable Alabama for a while... due to the fact that it's undemocratic.

Or, instead of taking them offline, perhaps devide them half, so it at least eats up the requestors requests. |

Do what I do, just have it stored locally on your HD. I never requested it though because of its length. I can listen to it when I want to: 192k and in stereo ![[Wink]](wink.gif)
So I agree with Clem, best thing is to take it offline. |
