Three tracks from Star Wars: Force Commander can be downloaded for free (no copyright) from the following site:

Available Free tracks:
1. Imperial March Leviathan
2. Redemption at Abridon
3. Imperial March Rage
Not for Star Wars or John Williams purists, these are interesting electronica mixes of original Williams music.
The other tracks could be decoded from the game CD with the utility called IMX2WAV available here:
http://benoit.becot.free.fr/xwa/imx2wav.zip
However, I doubt the legality of broadcasting these. |

This makes me nervous. Best to avoid even the hint of stepping over the bounds of the DMCA and it's ilk.

Another option: Some later (2001 I think) versions of the game were sold with a bonus CD contianing music tracks.

That sounds like a much safer alternative. See if you can provide some more details.
