Wether it was quite or load, it needed to be done. I have been a long time customer of disney. being in florida means lots of trips, soo when disney started to go down (More $ for less services, products, quality...every time an idea of eisners blew-up IE The Disney Institute, it was the consumers who were smacked down with huge price hikes every year) in the mid 80's my family noticed, and that was the same time eisner took over in the times it said:
"Mr. Eisner's recent years, though, were marred by the shareholder revolt and a bitter board fight in which Mr. Eisner clashed with two former directors - Roy E. Disney, the nephew of the founder, and Stanley P. Gold, Mr. Disney's financial adviser. They had originally lobbied to give him the top job in 1984 during another management shake-up. More recently, they sought to oust him, contending his clashes with employees and Disney's partners were a drag on the company."
I just feel that he was an okay guy, but NO walt disney..and it showed, i hope disney prospers under its new managment. Maybe my family saw it because we were there so often, a family who has only gone once or twice would be very happy with what they recieved. I still love disney, but i'm glad eisner is out.
