(Another new person peeking in...)
I would also include the track "Show Me Your Firetruck" from Backdraft (also the theme for The Iron Chef -- I confess I can hardly hear it now without mentally adding Chairman Kaga's crunchy chomp of the yellow pepper). Great track.

No one mentions Pearl Harbor.
I like the theme, specially December 7th or War |

The score is short (only six tracks), but I particularly enjoy The Greatest Woman On Earth from As Good As It Gets. _________________ "After dark all cats are leopards." - Native American Proverb |

"Injection" is considered the top track from MI-2 specially with the voice of Lisa Gerrard.
Did anyone mention "Too Many Notes/Not Enough Rests" from Drop Zone and "Hummel Gets The Rockets" from The Rock, those are popular too. _________________ <a href="http://open.spotify.com/user/1124842745/playlist/07ef4UkPUvnzPCrojawaDY">Spotify Playlist Film Score</a>

Hey guys!
Has POTC been mentioned, yet?
I'm a great Hand Zimmer fan and that's in my opinion one of his best works...
But also the Mission Impossible works... "Nyah" in the second one's my favourite |

That's Klaus Badelt stuff, sure he's media ventures too, but you have to make a difference. If not you can ad Harry gregson williams, nick glennie smith, john powell and trevor rabin to that list. They all got connections with Zimmer. _________________ <a href="http://open.spotify.com/user/1124842745/playlist/07ef4UkPUvnzPCrojawaDY">Spotify Playlist Film Score</a> |

Maybe a little unorthodox:
Light - The Thin Red Line
TTRL is my fav Zimmer score (and his best, I think)...."Journey to the Line" is a great track, but I find myself listening to "Light" more often.
Some very good picks here! |

*Digs out old thread, just for fun*
Time will judge, but I would be very tempted to add to this list:
"Molossus" from Batman Begins. (I don't think James Newton Howard contributed to this track.)
"Chevaliers De Sangreal" or "Kyrie For The Magdalene" from The Da Vinci Code.

I don't realy like Zimmer, funny cause he (and Poledouris) was the one to introduce me to film-music, but that was 15 years ago when I was 12 years old. His music mostly sounds the same and too easy. But I do have some favorites:
Some lesser known tracks:
-Ichi Ni San from "Matchstick Men" (this one sounds like something Danny Elfman would make, wonderfull funny tune, not something you'd expect from Zimmer)
-The Banker's Waltz from "Matchstick Men"
-Gortoz a Ran from "Black Hawk Down" (especially the vocals from Danez Prigent and Lisa Gerrard makes this a quality track, you want emotion, this is it) _________________ <a href="http://open.spotify.com/user/1124842745/playlist/07ef4UkPUvnzPCrojawaDY">Spotify Playlist Film Score</a> |

Here are a few of my favorites that I would include as part of a Zimmer compilation album:
"Woad to Ruin" from King Arthur
"Red Warrior" from Last Samurai
"Hummel Gets the Rockets" from The Rock
"Chevaliers De Sangreal" from Da Vinci Code
I would say that these are my four most listened to Zimmer tracks today, but there are many many other tracks that I enjoy by Zimmer and this could change in a month. But, personally I think Chevaliers De Sangreal is one of Zimmer's best tracks he has ever done. |

oh, I forgot another track that I have been absolutely addicted to recently...
"Zoosters Breakout" from Madagascar (this has one of the best themes that I have heard from Zimmer and the frenetic pace it plays at is just awesomeness) |

1st - King Arthur - Budget Meeting
2nd - Mission: Impossible 2 - Injection |
