Yes, as you probably can already tell, the new server is up and running. SST seems to be much faster so far, but there are some bugs we need to work out to get back to 100%.

Thanks JERIC, things are runnging faster... but we noticed a problem in the chat room. It seems that any posts with a ' in them are being eaten. By experimenting, we did find that backticks ` and double quotes " weren't being eaten. Made for a very confusing and amusing morning until it was figured out.

How exciting! I can't wait to see what transpires in the days and weeks to come. SST will probably grow even faster now.
Thanks to all you guys for the hours you've put into this (even pulled some all-nighters?). But a very big "Atta boy" especially to you, Jeric, for having the bravery to jump into buying and building the new server when you already had so much on your plate. We ALL appreciate it so much!!!
December is even brighter now with our shiny new, faster SST. |

So that's why the stream asked if I wanted to play a game this morning 
I'm very glad the new server is up. I've already noticed the difference in speed. Finally it should be possible to browse the forums in the afternoons over here

I keep getting the MySQL server white screen of death. Chat and forum access seem to be a bit fussy over here. (Disappearing chat modules, white screen of death, refusal to acknowledge my name/password.) Is this affecting anyone else?
