Hi, everybody! Just wanted to know what are your favorite intense score; i.e. scores that take places in an exteme moment or in the climax.

Massacre/Canoes (mostly the massacre part)

Preparations for Battle (intense in different ways)

Star Wars (John Williams)
Ep 1: Duel of the Fates
Ep 6: Final Duel/Into the Death Star
(The duel part--that male chorus gives me shivers every time. Also called Battle of Endor II or III or something.)
The Lord of the Rings (Howard Shore)
FOTR: A Knife in the Dark
FOTR: The Bridge of Khazad Dum
ROTK: The End of All Things(?) (I don't know this score well, but one of those tracks is truly intense.)

There are so many to choose from. It really is hard to narrow it down to just a few. There are a lot of good tracks out there not to mention the talent behind the music.

I don't understand these three. Nothing in those tracks sound "intense" to me.
