Hello,
I was wondering if anyone could help me out of a rut. I've wanted to know the name of this piece of music since... well, since 2001. I first heard it on a tv spot for fellowship of the rings. I'm sure I've heard it elsewhere before but fail to recall when.
I've done my research and gone to both http://www.soundtrack.net/trailers/?cid=L&id=733 & http://audiblebeauty.net/trailers.htm but both have no information on the music.
I've enclosed a link to the commercial tv spot (1 of 5 tv spots) on the LOTR film's official website & an excerpt (if the .mov file doesn't work for some). I've almost forgotten the excitement and anticipation i felt when I first watched that
"Fellowship" TV Spot: http://www.lordoftherings.net/media/video/spot_fellowship.html
mp3 excerpt of said TV spot: http://fenixnox.port5.com/fellowship_tv_spot_excerpt.mp3
If you could even point me to someone who can tell me, or another film trailer this music has appeared in, it'll give me another clue on my search. Ideally, I would love someone to just tell me the name of the music =D
Thanks loads!

Hmm...no, not Gladiator. But agree it does have that Zimmer feel to it. Let me do some thinking... _________________ "Diaper backward spells repaid. Think about it." ~ Marshall McLuhan |

I moved this to the soundtracks forum so it could be with all the other "what is this song" threads. It stands out among them though, because you actually did some research first. Many thanks, and welcome to the SST forums.
